The exclusive & spacious Astrum Penthouse, with a private terrace and incredible views of Piazza Duomo. This entire top floor was as added in the 1600’s to the historical building as a veranda to do the laundry (in fact the donation coin receptacle is still in what is now the kitchen!).
Feel like living in an Italian cottage with terra-cotta floors, ancient stone arches, slanted wooden ceilings and skylights that bring the Duomo from every angle. A little Tuscan villa in the heart of downtown Florence for a true Tuscan experience: Red rooftops, lemon trees, and sunshine.
Astrum, in ancient Latin means “the star”. The Astrum Penthouse is filled with light, from the skylight windows and terrace you can see the stars at night from home, which is rare in Florence.
